Play Therapy

Play therapy is a specialized form of psychological intervention that uses play as the main means of communication to help children express their feelings, thoughts and experiences in a natural and safe way. Through play, children are able to communicate what they often cannot express in words, significantly improving their emotional and social well-being.

This therapy helps develop emotional, social and communication skills, strengthening self-confidence and the ability to cope with challenging situations. Through symbolic games, creative activities, roles and interactive techniques, children learn to recognize and manage their emotions, resolve conflicts and build positive relationships with others.

Play therapy is particularly effective for children who are facing developmental, emotional, behavioural difficulties, or who have gone through stressful or traumatic experiences. It provides a warm, safe and supportive environment, where children can feel free to explore, create and develop their potential in a natural way.

At our center, each play therapy session is led by trained specialists, who adapt the activities to the child’s age and needs, ensuring an efficient, engaging, and positive therapeutic process.
